Flour boobs 410g

Just trying this out to see. Picked flour rather than rice as I thought it would sit better.

How did you make them Melanie? How do you work out the weight for your cc?

Morning Heather, when I went to my initial consultation with my PC she told me to weigh out in grams the equivalent of what cc i could go to. They are 410g so looking at 410cc….
I just weighed the flour and put in a plastic bag. My PC suggested rice but I thought flour would be better. Xx

not sure how it works with anything other than rice as flour has a different grain so youll need more/lesa to get the relevant size…

i measurea out couscous before as i thought this waa smaller grains ao could mould better but upto thinking you need more of this to get the same weigh (375g) for 375cc. so they seemed biger than the implants I tried at MYA.
hopefully this makes sense so i would certainly try with rice to make sure xx
