Fluid feeling under nipple, feel it when I'm going down stairs/bending over 5wpo

Hi girls I am 5 weeks post op and have this fluid like feeling.
Feels like a sloshing sensation or liquid moving and its right behind my nipple area Is this normal for 5 weeks post op ?
I feel it when I am walking down the stairs or bending over, so not when I am sat still or walking normally really. I’m guessing it’s likely normal it just feels a bit gross. It’s only in my left boob!
