Fold in skin under breast after uplift

I’m 4 weeks po now had an uplift and implants was supposed to have anchor scars but had lollypop
But I’ve noticed a fold in skin under one breast it looks ugly anyone else had this and will this get better in time
Scars just look ugly I hope in time they will look better in time
What do you guys think?

It looks like double bubble it sometimes happens when not enough skin is taken away I would contact your clinic xx
