I’ve just read somewhere that as well as avoiding alcohol for two weeks before and after
You are supposed to avoid Chinese food, mushrooms? Garlic and aspirin before surgery…
Has anyone else been told to avoid any foods or anything other than alcohol xx

I mean I hate those anyway – but does that mean I can’t have the nandos I’ve even craving all week??

I wasnt told to avoid any foods.. just alcohol. Pill. Vitamin tablets n smoking but I don’t smoke x

They said to avoid these pre surgery due to it thinning the blood x

I hate mushrooms, the main thing for me was garlic. Was hoping 2 treat myself 2 garlic dough balls the day after! But yeah as chloe said they all thim the blood, soo u have 2 avoid them afterwards 2 x
