I found this forum so helpful in the days running upto my surgery so I thought I would share my story with anyone feeling unsure!

I have had 375cc overs and have gone from a small D cup and slightly tubular breasts and I am now 1 day post op!

My experience was so amazing start to finish. Preston first trust hospital was so calm and relaxing and the nurses and staff there really are a credit to MYA! My admission time was 11am and I was shown to my private room where I met the nurses and my surgeon gary traynor and I was taken down to surgery at 1:30pm! There was a telly in my room so the wait didn’t seem too bad atall and the nurse settled any nerves I had!

Dr Gary Traynor says it how it is but why shouldn’t he? He does this job day in and day out so I didn’t expect any special treatment! He has done a fantastic job!

As for recovering, I am very sore but the pain really is bareable and I am so surprised how smoothly everything has gone! A V-pillow is a must have for propping yourself up girls! I was discharged and back home for 8pm!

Such a good experience so far! I have attached a pic that I took 9 hours post op for anyone who finds seeing other girls pics helpful. I really did!

Try and relax as much as possible girls you really are in safe hands!

Looking amazing!! Where did you get your V pillow from please? Hate buying pillows online as you can never tell if they’re good quality! Thank you 🙂 Xxx

I’m in the first stage and awaiting my consultation, I’m most worried about being put to sleep and waking up to them Being bigger than I wanted, am I being daft?!

Not atall, that thought definitely crossed my mind but you just have to trust yourself that you have chosen the size you want. Plus it will take weeks and weeks until they are settled and they do look bigger and swollen to begin with! Once you have had your first consultation you will be able to try on different size implants so you get a good understanding of what size you want to achieve and makes it easier to decide x

My op is on the 22nd. I got the date yesterday. Iv spent my life researching and deciding what i want. Now i have a surgery date all these nerves have kicked it. I feel sick with nerves all ready. Is this normal. Im over thinking everything atm. What if too big, what if to small, rippling, double bubble, im worrying about every possible thing that could go wrong. How the hell do i calm down its still 24 days away.

Honestly nerves are normal but I felt more excited about it than nervous and couldn’t wait to see the outcome after surgery! I’m only 2 days post op now but honestly just think positively you will be absolutely fine and surprised at how smoothly it will go! X
