If any of you are worried about how your boobs look a day or week or so after surgery, I thought I’d write this and show you before and after pictures of mine to reassure you.
I actually cried seeing mine at first, I thought they were so ugly, I had such bad anxiety. My nipples were so much bigger than before and puffy, the size didn’t look right, they pointed down and my breasts almost looked pointy (cone shaped)
Now 7 weeks post surgery I can’t tell you how happy I am with them, they are absolutely perfect.

Mine were so wonky when I woke up but it was only the tape pulling unevenley. I was so paranoid that they would stay like that but they are perfect now the strapping is off x

I’m one day post op,I’m worried as my boobs look uneven compared to one another ,the left looks a lot smaller compared to the right . Even though my right got the smaller implant of 400cc and the left got 450cc becuase the were uneven to start with.
Isit normal for them to be uneven and healing differently so early on??
    Just need some reassurance xxx

@kayleighm98x Completely normal ? my right one has always been larger than the left one, but the more they drop the more they even out. I think my right one is still slightly bigger as I’ve not fully dropped yet, but now you can’t even tell. They’re such an odd shape when you first come out of surgery and for the first few weeks, so don’t worry! Xxx

Haha okay thank you ,I’m gonna try and not worry to much ,I just keep on staring in the mirror and keeping on picking out flaws making myself paranoid ? x

@kayleighm98x Honestly I was exactly the same ?? didn’t like them at all at first, but now I love them. They will change so so much and look much more soft and rounder, rather than hard and square. You look at them and think “how can these change” and feel like there’s no way they possibly could, but they do it’s so weird ? xx

Hi Kayleigh, I hope you don’t mind me commenting but I have exactly the same issue. I had 2 different size implants and the boob that had the largest implant is still much smaller. Did your even out in the end?
Thanks for any help you can give me x
