For bed

Do we still have tp wear our mya bras/post op bras to bed after 6 weeks? Im 7 weeks now. Just wondering if i have to wear them forever now lol xxx

It’s recommended but it’s everyone’s choice whether they do or not x

I’ve had the odd night without one but mostly wear my Calvin Klein crops – they still support but are super comfy!xx
