HIya hun ive been struggling aswell and wake up feeling really tense and stiff, but unfortunately ther’s not much we can do at mo, just have to try and make ourselves as comfortable as poss by using more pillows etc…keep thinking positive and hopefully within a few weeks we’ll start being able to sleep alot more comfortable and on our sides  xxx

    Hia Pam

Try taking your pain killers just before you go to sleep. Ive been doing this as well as sleeping with my v pillow and it has been getting me a good nights sleep. im still really stiff in the mornng but im sure this will get better with time.

I also never EVER sleep on my back so i know the feeling, im much prefer sleeping on my belly and sides! Bring on the day when we can get back to normal.

    Hi Pam,

I am one who sleeps on my side and found my back has been quite painful and not really had a good sleep, went down to 2 pillows thinking it was due to being raised in bed but it wasnt, i now take painkillers 30 mins before i go to bed and sleep with 3 pillows + v pillow and seem to be quite comfy but very stiff in the morning and i had mine done 3 weeks ago now nd still feel as though they are gonna fall off if i lean over lol

I just keep thinking it was a big op and your body has to recover in its own time, eeryone is different, but i know what you mean, god what i would give to just roll over onto my side and snuggle into the duvet!!!!:whorship: but in time!!!!

    hope it gets better xxx
