forgotten sports bra ..advice please!

My admission is 12:30 today at the hotel and i have only just realised i have forgotten my macom/sport bra. I can’t believe i have forgotten it :/ i thought i had packed it! I know Mr Singh uses strapping though, are you meant to put a bra on over the strapping or is it just strapping? Xx

No, from what I heard at my pre-op you only start using the sports bra after you’ve had your strapping off so you’ll be fine. Good luck, a week Friday until my turn! xxx

I had MR Singh. You don’t use a bra with his strapping. Take bra with you when you go to see nurse to get your strapping off.
