Freaking out!!

Hey girls, need some major reassurance! Been looking at my surgeons pictures and majority of them have square boobs! Is that normal and do they change? I am really regretting my choice of surgeon now. I keep crying and feeling pathetic but I don’t want to pay all this money and then look ridiculous. xxx
