Freezing cold boobs any advice ? Please

I’m 3 weeks po today, and my boobs go so cold at times mainly in bed but they go ice cold it can be uncomfortable. Is this normal ? Has anyone experienced this

Hi Hannah I’m 3 weeks PO and yes I get really cold boobies too & I start shivering around my chest , mine are only if I am outside or in a cold area , I just put this down to really thin post op bra’s , I was so use to major padding and chicken fillets I assumed i just never got cold boobs in that area if that makes sense ! Also I guess it’s just the muscle repairing is major sensitive x

The shivering chest muscles happened to me too! I’m nearly 5 weeks po now and don’t get this anymore but was awful at the time as it felt so strange! So hopefully it will die down for you too. I think it’s just the muscle getting used to the implants xx
