Full profile inspiras do they look fake

Hey girls ! I am due on the 3rd August to have 415 or 385cc full over inspiras can u tell me ladies will this give me a very fake look which I don’t really want but do want some all round volume as need to fill saggy 36b also my hubby has now scared me saying they give a really fake look.dont know where he’s been looking lol !!!

Hi Hun my surgeon told me, ‘ your boobs won’t look fake unless you make them look fake’ I’m only a week PO so mine haven’t dropped really yet but I’ve seen loads of girls pics on here & most look natural xxx
