Full tummy tuck advice (Essex)

Hi.
I am after a full tummy tuck. I’ve had 5 c-sections and have been left with a massive flap.

I could do with losing 2-3 stone, but I’m useless at dieting.

Who is the best surgeon in Essex for a full tummy tuck? Would I also need lipo?

Hello: I’ve had four children and two sections. I’m having surgery on Tuesday 27th Feb. I have lost 2 stone but I do still need to lose some more, I’m happy at this point to get it done though
