Funny looking nipple

Hi girls I’m 4 weeks post opp I know my boobs are still really high but my left nipple looks weird and pointy it look like I have fluid behind my nipple , my right is normal , it looks puffy when I touch it it hurts too , does anyone know if this is normal ? It’s higher than my right too so maybe it’s just not dropped as much , I’m worried as my left was smaller and he surgeon out the same size implant in scared it won’t match 🙁 xx

I was thinking the same with mine, I’m coming up 3wpo I’m very similar, thought it maybe swelling, was gonna ask nurse on next my next visit xx

Oh really @samhughes88 I’m constantly googling it and to be honest Iv read so many forums today I’m starting to think it’s swelling too , my nipple is completely numb still is yours? My left boob still looks abit coney , I wouldn’t mind if they both looked like that but it makes me worry more as it’s only one xxx
