Get 345 implates anyone else had this size

I’ve got pre op Tuesday coming and the size I have choose with surgeon is 345. After having baby 6months ago I’ve lost my 32 d cup I’m now 32small b. Do you think 345 is too big for me. I’m size 6 height 5’7
