I also paid 2500 then had the rest with mya, Im leaving on the 11th and staying at a hotel 19 minute walk from highgate and a 9 minute walk from highgate station, i am leaving from swansea to paddington, then train from paddington to highgate station, so i don’t know how much a train is going to cost there and back, I am going to phone today to find out my admission time as they havn’t given it to me yet, I keep imagining the surgeon not turning up though on the 12th lol! would we have a different surgeon if mr singh wern’t there? that;s my biggest worry lol!!

There are lots of 0% finance cards available, if you go on a comparison web site they will search the market for you. I went with Virgin.

Im all booked up and ready to go. Payed final installment yesterday.
Tickets arrived this am, really quick i only ordered them yesterday and I found a nicer hotel that is recommended by Highgate hosp, its called The Raglan, so ive cancelled the comfort. I believe its about two miles from hosp too.
Im gona get a taxi from paddington, hubby doesnt want me getting lost and missing out on my new additions. Ha ha

Hey boob buddies lol are you daycases or overnight stayers cos my pc told me i have to stay in london at least an hour away from hospital in case any problem arises???? thats why im going up on the day and staying in hotel after cos id rather come home after op but three hours up to the hopistal again if anything happens

Just rang pc she said i could ask for an admission time but it could be changed its not 100% ? What time is your train leaving from Bristol? Im going to look at trains first trainline.com usually has good deals, then i could ring her back and provisionally book a time.

Gosh thats a big difference in price. I will find out admission time tom, then i could consider catching train from bristol, hubby could drop me off??

I think that i will do that on monday, i will speak to helen my pc first maybe she could find out for me? I was going to stay night before but if i get a sensible admission time maybe i will catch train early in morning. What hotel are you staying in? A taxi costs approx

i phoned them and said that i need a admission time soon as possible because i have children and things to sort so they give me my admission time its alot easier to sort train out etc give them a ring and they will give you your admission time earlier

Hi im not far away i live near cardiff, im going by train too. I am getting the train on the 11th and booking in to hotel, havent been given a time as yet. Im staying in for the night post op and having hubby to pick me up the next day.
Its very exciting????
