Gettin naturally big boobs bigger

i’m currently 18yrs with a 30FF naturally but want to be much bigger, whilst everyone’s comments are very helpful about procedures and pain to expect, most people are starting off small and i was just wondering that if anyone has had similar sugery to what i want. i want to go up to a 30GG. what type of implant do people recomend for this? i have my first consultation booked in liverpool on wed so any feedback before hand would be appreciated. xx

i went from a 32dd to a 32 f, i just managed to get away without an uplift being performed at the same time, but althoough the results are great as mine were very deflated having had 3 babies the inplants felt very heavy at first but look very natural now, they r not in ur face and u cant see the outline of the implant unless they in a push up bra. hope this helps xxx

Karen, thanks for sharing your experience. May I ask what size implants you had ? Is there an increased chance of seeing the implants if you’re big to start with ?

id say theres less chance of seeing the implant if ur bigger to start off with cuz u have more breast tissue.x

thanks Karen, what type of implants did you choose too, were they saline or silacone and what size implant did you choose. i got measured at bravissamo the other day and they said i was a 28FF/G but i’d like to go up a couple of sizes. does it cost more as the implants are bigger to begin with?

I’m starting off a 32d with alot of breast tissue and been recommeded a 350cc low profile to take me up to a 32dd. The thing that surprised me at the consultation was that he suggest a low profile implant as he said that would cover the whole breast much better. He said if I went for a high profile implant I would need a very big size to get the desired effect.
Has anyone else with big boobs naturally been told a low profile would be better????

I started off a 32d and had 505cc low profiles with mr kazzazi,he suggested the size and that i had low profiles because i had a lot of breast tissue.I’am so glad i followed his advice cos they look fantastic and i personally would reccommened low profiles because they don’t give you the stuck on look.He did tell me i would only go up to a dd/e but they are a 32ff now and they do not look out of proportion.

You’re only 18 so chances are they will naturally grow even bigger anyway. Boobs can grow until you’re 25. Not that mine did but you’re still young!

Thanks for your help Ang, I think the low profiles are definitely gonna be the best thing for me, great to hear from someone in a similar position.

Lucy, I’m not sure what size implant you’d need to achieve the size you want but just explain at your consultation and they’ll have an idea of what will work best for you, let us know how you get on!
