Getting back to normal Post op

hi everyone 🙂
This is my very first post on here. I’m only 3 days post op but I’m becoming increasingly concerned about returning to work. My job isn’t overly physical but it is extremely busy and hectic at times. I also have a 1 year old baby and at the minute I can’t pick him up as I do to want to push my body. Has anybody been through similar situations with having young children and also how did you all find returning to work after a week or 2?

Hiya, I’m only 4 days post op so can’t help with the returning to work bit but i have a 2 year old who I’m not picking up atm. It’s so hard not cuddling her properly but she’s so heavy I physically couldn’t lift her even if I wanted to as muscles are so weak now. Hope your recovery goes well hun xx

It’s difficult isn’t @sophie?! How you getting on with the re cooperating? I’m day 4 and really struggling today. Feel really nauseous I’m in quite a lot of pain. I’ve felt great up until today so I’m going to take it a little easier. Do you have much pain or are you finding it all fairly easy? Xx
