Getting through to mya?!

Was suppose to have my pre op today at Chelmsford and last night they left a voicemail for me to reschedule as the nurse is off sick. Told me to call at 9.30am been trying since and still says office is closed?!

I can’t get hold of Cardiff clinic either for blood results. My op is next week depending on results too. It says the office is closed. Have you tried ringing the main number?? Or just your clinic? X

I have tried ringing my clinic number and a number for who ever it was that called me and left voicemail. Clinic still says it’s closed and the other number is not “avalible” it’s a nightmare sent my pc an email and no reply. What’s the main number? The one on here 03? Xx

I just got through on 0333 0 14 10 14 … they tried to put me through to Cardiff but clinic was closed so she’s emailed Bristol clinic to phone me when they open xx

I always get through to mya when its later in the evening because they close at 8:30 so I call at about 6:30-7pm xx

I’ve managed to speak to someone now finally lol I can understand how busy they must be. Thanks girls x

Mate chelmsford one frustrates me!! What nurse do you have? I have my swabs with sarah on saturday as my pc booked my pre op too early as swabs only last 6 weeks, i tried calling the other day and the phone hung up no one rung me back, i contacted my pc last night and she still hasn’t replied! Xxx

Lol I tried all day I ended up calling the main number on here who eventually managed to get hold of someone and they called me. My nurse in Michelle I haven’t seen her yet was suppose to see her today but she’s off so now have to wait a week. I was soooo excited aswell! Who’s your pc? Mine didn’t reply to me eitha lol xx

I was trying to call Chelmsford for 4 days, emailing, and calling non stop. I got so fed up I called the main number 0333…. and they said they would email them to call me, still NOTHING!!!! I was so frustrated I had paid £2697 deposit, wanting to book my date and secure it and then all of a sudden nobody wants to know me! Eventually I got through to them and i’m luckily enough able to get the perfect date for me (12th April).. I also had an early booking with the nurse for Saturday but they had to change it!!!! x

Yeah that’s what I did I eneded up calling the main number too! Luckily they did contact me quite quickly after that. I was offered the 12th aswell but decided on the 24th but hoping to now see if I can get a late space so I can have it done during half term so I don’t have to worry about asking family to do the school run for me. It’s a nightmare trying to get hold of them isn’t it! x

I had my pre op cancelled too but it’s been rescheduled for tomorrow, did they offer you that option too? Little bit worried now so I’ll have to check before I go. My op is April 24th too with Nicola as my pc. Are you day case or overnight? xx

No they offered me Saturday and it went and they have nothing untill Thursday now! I hate waiting lol my pc is Nicola and my op date is 24th too! Might see each other lol I’m a day case because I only live an hour away from the hospital so not far. What about you? Xx

Yeah I haven’t seen anyone actually have admission time that early lol did you say you’d had your pre-op? If you don’t mind me asking what size you are now and what your having Hun? X

It’s quite a lot extra I thought?! (Don’t think we can say how much?) but yeah if it’s best for you Hun I probably would have liked to stay but I have a child so it’s hard for me to be able to do that. One reason why I chose a Sunday as my op day so don’t have the stress of school. Oh your not far from me about 20mins Southend is. Yeah I’m so scared I hate needles!
