Some surgeons don’t like you wearing the macom ones. I’ve got sports bras from Primark which are like £2 and:

    http://direct.asda.com/george/womens/lingerie/front-fastening-padded-post-surgery-bra/G004469121,default,pd.html

Coz they’re different shapes its nice to swap between and they’re really comfy. Plus only £8 xx

Oh god. Maybe try another bra then? The asda one that looks more like a crop top might be good, even to just wear for a bit as it might not rub at all/press where you’re sore. Put some sudocream to help heal the sore skin (if its not on your incisions) xxx

I’ve just got one from m&s today and it looks like a sports bar and think it will be very supportive I’ll looking for a one that fastens up at the front and can’t seem to find one in the shops. My nurse recommended the macom but when I went back to see my PC she told me not to get it? My op is of wed and I’m worring in not gunna be able to find a front fasten one

@emilieexo one of those links above from Asda is a front fastening one. It’s supportive and really comfy too 🙂

That sounds painful :-/ …Maybe try a different bra Hun…I had m & s ones which didn’t give me any problems and a soft Asda one for night times. Hope it gets better.

i had lots of issues like that and i found that having a breast pad inside the bra helped. i used the ones that have a little piece of tape and they tape to the insid eof your bra. xx
