Girls!! Post op bra recommendations please ??

Got my surgery booked for 18th April , slowly starting to get my op bag together , anyone recommend post op bras? Also what else do I need ? X

M&S post op sports bras, front zip they are £25 each. Do you know if you will be having strapping? If so I suggest you buy one sports bra in small, medium or large and then after your first op appointment go to M&S to get your bras as this way you will be able to try them on as I brought 6 bras & they were all two small.

I didn’t go with Mya. Was told to get the shock absorber classic bra in the size I wanted to be. I was 34 B and wanted to be a D so was told to get the 36 D. Shock absorber classic SN102. But what I’ve seen from here they tend to be doing front done up ones so I guess everyone’s different.

Hey Hun, I was advised against the M&S bras and paid that bit extra for a surgical bra and I’m so glad I did, I got mine from LipoElastic and it cost around £80, I then got the M&S one as a back up incase I needed it but it’s alot less comfy and not as supportive!

I will be 6 weeks post op in around 3 weeks, if you wanted you can have mine cheap?
