Girls should I be worried?….please help!!

Tonight I took my sports bra off and noticed this…..

Should I be worried? It’s not painful, just itching, but I’m not sure why it’s red. Doesn’t feel hot but it does feel warm, but so does my right breast. I’m not sure if it’s something or if it’s just because of my sports bra.
