Going a day bra-less???

Hiya girls! When did you all feel ready to go a day with no bra??? I have some summery clothes that can’t have bras but I’ve been avoiding them as Im so scared to go more than an hour with no sports bra/bra…. Does it start to feel too much after a while? As I dont want to go to work and be regretting it 4 hours into my day! Thanks! Oh im nearly 7 weeks post op xo

I went bra less for a day like 2/3weeks after my BA i know i shouldn’t of but it done no harm. They did start to ache after a while so i just held them haha. I am now 7 weeks post op and they feel fine qwhen i dont wear a bra xxxx

ah thanks @cheynnex I’m just worried they’ll start hurting and I won’t have a bra! I suppose I’ve got to try my ‘first no bra day’ at some point! eeek xo
