Hi all, finally I have decided to go ahead with rhino septoplasty with Dr Renato Zaccheddu ???? I have wanted this for a long time and finally I am in the position to do it!! I always have thought my nose is too big for my face and it is not straight with a hump ???? I am really looking forward to have a nice small nose and in the same time feeling scared of the surgery ????
