Of course girls i’ll let you know how it goes! I do most of my workout from home (bike rides, jogging, weights, cardio etc) but plan on joining our local gym and going a few times a week to start with. Once I’m in the right frame of mind I tend to lose weight and lean up really well and pretty quickly so we’ll see how that goes now! One question I have is if it’s ok to take supplements with implants?? I normally have protein shakes after working out and take some other sups such as CLA. I also have some Thermogenic sat in my stash (never used it before as I was breastfeeding) is this ok to use? Had some pretty odd dreams about sups melting the implants away :/

yeah i feel with a good good sports bra (or even your macom with a sports bra over – tried it and really comfrotable and supported plus macom says it can be used as a sports bra post op) that cardio will be a breeze. but my main concern is weight training. im petrified of anything upper body now, i just imagine them rupturing or falling out! not so worried about working weights lower body unless squatting etc, how are we expected to clean and press???
How do you even return gently to that???

Polina – I told people at work I’ve badly pulled a muscle in my chest, so I cant gym, run etc. Also explains why I look uncomfortable moving about etc

I’ve just tried my gym sports bra over my Macom, very snug which is great, that’s what I’ll do when I go back. Thanks @Scarlett. As for weights I would start on really low weight and build up. Just can’t imagine lifting or running yet, I struggled to get the safety cap off the calpol yesterday to give my little girl!! She actually asked me if I wanted her to do it! Xx

I take Pure protein shakes and BCAA everyday and I’m not gonna stop after my BA, in fact it should help maintain your body while not exercising as long as you eat clean too. I’m worried about going back to the gym and only doing lower body for a while and people noticing, think I’m gonna where a jumper type top to the gym for a little while cuss i also have a few male friends up there and I’ll feel self conscious about them knowing.

Polina, yeah I would just say you have pulled a muscle on your upper body.xx
