    I’m wanting to go out next weekend (6weeks post op) and wondered if it’s safe to go braless for the night?

    I had my first bra less night out at 4 weeks. You’ll be fine to have it off for one night, just make sure you go back to wearing it 24/7 when you get back!

    At my 6 week check the nurse gave me the all clear for everything apart from running!
