Going from a 38F to larger

I want to go bigger than my usual 38F boobs. They don’t feel or look full after my pregnancy . I would love to have bigger fuller looking boobs but don’t know what I can go bigger. Has anyone got my natural size and how big did you go? I’m 5ft 5 and 9 stone

I wanted to go bigger I’m not as big as you I’m a DD wantIng to go to a full E, I think it depends how much breast tissue is there, at my consultation the surgeon told me he would be against putting implants in as it would drop in years possibly months due to added weight so he suggested a lift with no implants so I would be the same size just fuller and perkier, would be worth seeing a few surgeons to see what they say, have you seen anybody yet? X
