Going on holiday 4 months after op!!!

So ladies I was due my op on 4th December then I had to postpone it they gave me the option of the 23rd December not a chance I have three kids youngest being 2 I couldn’t ruin Xmas. So I’m now early January yeyyyy! I go on holiday end of April and first week of may to Egypt will that be enough recovery time do you think?? Any advice please??

Hi I’m having mine on the 23rd of December. . I’ve also got a holiday booked for April. I’m flying long haul 11 hours and my surgeon and nurse both said it’ll be fine. It’s not the implants it’s the chance of dvt xx

Yes definitely. I went on holiday at 5 weeks po and have 2 children. I couldn’t go in the pool at that stage but you should be ok. Xx

Yes totally fine I was looking after my one year old on my own about 1 week po I just tried to only lift him if necessary for the first week or so. By the time we went on holiday I was fine I just tried to keep the new boobs in sports bra as much as possible and not in the sun too much. Xx

You should be fine too, my surgeon wasn’t worried about me going skiing 3 months after which is much more physical! Don’t worry, and have fun with them in New swimwear!
