Going to get cc sizing

I went to 1 appointment and the surgeon tried to fit a implant in my little 32B bra to see if i like that sort of size. I had Noooo idea as all i could see was this big implant sticking out! I have 2 more clinics booked in, so want to be prepared this time!
Do you take a sports bra to fill or just a bigger normal non padded bra? Thank you xxx

They had a sizing kit at my consults which was a sports bra and a tight vest type top. We then filled the bra with different sizes until we got the size I was happy with. Definitely try them under a top as it wiill be better to not see the implants, if you know what I mean? I’m surprised they didn’t have a proper kit but yeah take a sports bra just in case. They normally give u a sports bra to try on then you insert the sizers in. Where did you go that didn’t use a proper bra? Xx

Well with my uplift and implants I needed really good strong sports bra IDE got few from M&S and Asda and I found theses really crap compered to my debhams shock absorbers bra these where really fab and I found when I lie on my sides my breast would not move an inch you can’t go wrong with this these bad boys x
