GP letter

hey girls. mya wrote a letter to my gp and i chased my gp up to see if it had been receieved and they said they sent it back so i didnt think anything of it. i emailed my pc this week to make sure everything was ok and ready for surgery and a nurse called me to say the info the doctors sent back wasnt enough so they had to request more info which the gp hasnt responded to. i would recommend literally checking with your pc that they have everything they need for your surgery as mya say their admin team chase but my gp hadnt had any chasers from them. if i hadnt have contacted my pc i wouldnt have known! best to get in touch and make sure they have everything! xx

iv seen on here of they dont recieve the gp letter they can postpone

That’s weird the nurse called me to say they didn’t need to write back asking as they know they received it as I called mya about the go notes , I’ve had my admission time too

Il ring and check tomorrow i took anti depressants for anxiety over a year ago and they advised a letter justto say im ok for surgery? im hoping this isnt going to cause problems as i was tokd its just for records some say they still operate some say they will postpone! aslong as the letter comes bk before my surgery i think ill
