GP letter help..

Hi girls,

just wondering about the GP letter had my pre op on Saturday with the nurse. And everything was fine she got me to sign the letter to get sent to my doctors. Did everyone have to do this? I have rang my doctor to say will he be able to send them a letter to say I’m fit and healthy to have surgery etc, he is on holiday till 30th August and I have a telephone consultation booked with him on that day when he is back.. What do I ask him to put in the letter etc? can anyone help? Thank you xxx

Do you have any medical conditions/been seen for anxiety or depression? If not you won’t need to do anything the doctor will sign their form and fax it back that’s all

My letter just said that i am fit and well to have the op and then he wrote any medications i am on too xx

No i have never had any medical conditions in regards to anxiety or depression. Oh right thats good then. Thank you! puts my mind at rest : )xxx
