GP Summary

Hey, ive got my rescheduled date on the 31st of May and on the portal it’s saying action needed for the gp summary but i haven’t been told that i do need to do this. Did anyone else do it and it also says to bring on the day of surgery.

MYA would of requested his on your behalf. You won’t need to bring it if they receive it from your doctor in time. You could possibly ring doctors to hurry it alone or see if you can request it yourself. You ask for a gp medical summary xx
