Gurgling

Hi,

I’m 3DPO and have started having gurgling in my right breast. How long does this last?

It will just be air trying to escape from your body and I would say depending on your body give it some time. Are you suffering from bloat? I’m 8 day’s post op and have had some weird moving sensations and gurgles and severe bloat. I can’t really answer how long it will last but hopefully it gets less and less x

Thank you. Yes I’m definitely very bloated! Trying to move around as much as possible, drink lots of water and eat fruit, hopefully it will help. Haven’t had to take any painkillers today either so hope it will go down soon x

Hi Hun, hope your recovery is going well! I’m 3dpo too I’ve noticed some gurgling a few times especially on the first day though I was imagining it a first lol glad I’m not the only one that has had that tho, luckily not noticed it half as much today but feel massively bloated still lol! X

Hi Lindsey, yes really well so far. No pain, just tight feeling. Managed to have a shallow bath today so feeling much better. Gurgling is a bit strange but hopefully it will go away soon. Hope your recovery is going well too?

I took senna pods at bedtime to help and prune juice. It’s going down slowly! Any day now will not look like I’ve swallowed a balloon! X

I am 2DPO and kine started yesterday! It first happened when I was gently just rubbing my boobs to help relieve the tension and it made me feel so sick!

I’ve got used to it now and agree with others, it’s just trapped fluid and air and your body will reabsorb it soon. I get it too if I rub down my ribs and stomach.

Do you find the gurgling is in the boobs and the stomach? Would explain the bloating x

Totally normal Hun will be air and fluid will go away once iimplants are all settled Hun xxx

The term is ‘crackling’ so I was told- sounds like boob ‘farts’ ?? They disappear quite quickly. Hope you all relax and heal well xx

Can I ask what everyone means by gurgling?? I’ve not had my opp yet and this post has worried me slightly ha… x

It’s like you can hear fluid moving in your breast when you move. It isn’t painful, just a strange sensation x

It’s almost like the sound and sensation of your stomach rumbling, but in your boobs.
I find it oddly relieving if I’ve rubbed out a few gurgles haha, think it relives some pressure!
