So I had my op over a year ago with Dr Marcelino, it all started off amazing.. my patient coordinator was amazing as was the nurse at the beginning. I had a consultation with Dr Marcelino, he said all I could have was 250 cc (I had no idea how small that would be), I agreed thinking the out come would be great no matter what.
Fast forward forward to the day of my surgery, I was told not to eat after 12 am the night before and to arrive at the hospital in London before 9 am. When I arrived I was told I would be one of the first people to go in for surgery (I was so exited). In the end I didn’t end up going in for the operation until about 5pm, by this point I was so hungry and thirsty and super anxious.
I came out of the operating room and back into my room and had a look down to see what they’d look like, I had concerns that the implants were put way too low (my nipples are almost at the top of the implants), and I was devistated they were so small.. so I talk the nurse. Dr Marcelino came to see me a while later, I told him my concerns.. I felt like he didn’t listen to me at all, he told me he had been operating all day and he can’t guarantee the outcome.. at this point I was so exhausted, it had been a long day of waiting, still hadn’t eaten anything, and then to not be reassured or pleased with the outcome. It literally made me cry (what a day!)
It’s been a year now and I’m still gutted with my results, they’re far too low and small.. I’m going to have to have another boob job to get them fixed.. I’m so gutted as it took me so long to save for these and I’m going to have to spend all that money to do it again, and go through the recovery again.
I’m really sorry to hear about this. I personally think you should have pestered the surgeon and made them do a revision. If it’s not what you wanted. Do you have any pictures that you don’t mind sharing?
Have you any pics? are you going back to mya again? xx
I don’t think you can have revision because your not happy with the size I would go back and say your not happy with how low they are focus on that rather than the size and you might get somewhere , you’ve spent all this money you need to be happy , I had a 365 implant and that felt to small for me so I ended up needing revision and I asked for a bigger implant at the same time so I have 450cc and honestly it’s not to big at all I always tell people to go bigger I’m only small to I’m 5’1 and around 7stone7 , I hope you get sorted it’s the worst not being happy also recovery the second time is a breeze xxxx
Yeah I agree with you, as I felt like I already feel like my 350cc might be small. Although, I’m only a week post op and it would drop and fluff but I don’t think, it would acheive the size I had in mind. I actually thought I would achieve D cup when I tried the sizers, I pestered to have 350cc from 300cc which was what I was first offered. Even after at 350cc, I still asked to go bigger and he said that’s the Max and that 350cc would be a struggle. Now, thinking about it, I’m thinking if it’s slightly done intentionally for people to have a second BA and spend more?
That’s exactly what I thought going through the mya forum a lot of people don’t get big implants , I rarely see people with a bigger cc than 350!! Xxx

I think mya just have a high safety and good reputation hence why people go with Mya, I saw a clinic before mya and he gave me a very low cc’s, but immediately I went to mya I got sucked in by their good service and wealth of knowledge. Tbh, they are good at what they do but I just think women should be well informed about what they want and go for it, because some don’t and just go for whatever the surgeon suggests. For a revision surgery and to change size, do you have to pay the same price again ?
Yeah I wish I seen more than one surgeon but I just wanted them done straight away and this one was the quickest , yeah u need to pay all over again xx
