Hi girls! I’m 6 weeks PO But Iv been exercising since week 1 building it up each week. For the first 2 weeks I just went for shorts walks, then by end of week 2 I was at the gym walking on the treadmill on an incline, then by week 4/5 I was back spinning and just took it easy. Just make sure you wear a good supportive sports bra and avoiding running or anything too high intensive that would make the healing process slower.
