Post op ladies how long before you went back to the gym? I am 3 weeks now but I have been up and about since the first week, I don’t want to do weights or anything just want to do a bit of treadmill (not running) and bike etc xx
I’ve been using the treadmill, just to walk, not too fast or on an incline, to prevent any bounce. The bike should ok too, just don’t go too hard 🙂
I went back to the gym from 4 weeks but just to do bike so no bounce x
