Has anyone experienced any issues with working out after their op?
I’m now 3 and a half months po and trying to get back into weight training but find that I get a pulling on the inside of my left breast when I do certain exercises like tricep dips. Has anyone else experienced this and does it go away? X
Yes, I’m now nearly 7 months PO I spoke to my surgeon a week ago as my PT has me doing push-ups and chest exercises that made me worried but my surgeon said it’s fine and you actually heal for nearly 2 years, so just ease into it slowly x
