gym post op??

Hi girls. Does anyone know how long to wait before getting back to the gym?? I’m one week post -op. I’m hoping no more than a month or so – even if only on the step machine or something. Feel like such a fatty despite eating healthily am putting on loads of weight 🙁 xxx

You’re supposed to wait until your 6 week check up I have seen some girls go back as early as 3 but I wouldn’t have felt ready then. When I had my 6 week check I had to wait until 8 weeks as I had to have stotches removed at 6 weeks.
It’s best to wait though as you have paid a lot for your boobs worst thing to do it hurt your self or spoil them x
