had my dressings removed today…

I bought a comfy supportive bra in xl it fits fine but it’s irritating my incisions 🙁 currently sat on the train and can’t stop feeling the need to move my be a , what did you girls do about this? Did you have steri strips put on? Xxx

I’m using cotton wool pads just to make it more comfy haha! X

I used breast feeding pads on mine and a little micropore tape x

I saw them in Tesco the other day! I’m using the cotton wool trick I could always pop into Tesco tomorrow on my lunch thank you xcc

I’ve been googling and looking at the forum where the drs answer patients questions and came across a few similar issues as i am having
i know i need to give it time but i cant help but wonder that the other crease isn’t low enough for my implant to drop… i’m going to put a photo on here in a min ladies, of my incisions xxx

Hi hun my left on your pic looks more swollen than right which might explain why the creases are at different places. I wouldn’t worry they look fab to me x

Hi doll, I don’t use any tape I just place the cotton wool pad underneath my bra. I have just had a look at your pic and everything looks completely normal to me. I have come across lots of similar stories to this and the bottom line is that they will even out once they fully drop and fluff hunnie 🙂 I also agree with Amy that the one on our left looks more swollen (your right) are you right handed by any chance? They are going to change so much and look like amazing and like they are getting bigger and more beautiful by the day 🙂 xxx

hey hun your incisions look like there healing nicely and i wouldnt be bothered about where the incision is, you have to remember your surgeon has placed the incision in your old crease but not your breast volume has increased loads like your boobs are huge lol its just a formality and wont affect how your boobs sit or they will drop and fluff, my incisions have crept up my boobs now im just over 2 weeks post op which i think is because there dropping and its more on my left than my right because thats my bigger boob i wouldnt worry its only because the scars are unsightly to start with byt once there healed fully you can bio oil and it will end up minimal xxxx

I put R & L on each boob, for right & left so it’s actually my right boob the nurse and I agreed its more swollen, and my incision looks higher, I forgot to ask her about the incision being higher :/

My left seems to have dropped and the scar is in the crease.

Do you think my right will still drop with my crease being higher up?

I’ve read online that if a crease is higher up compared to the other, then there is less room for the implant to drop much and it will always sits higher xxxxx
