Had my op today upper lower Abbs bra roll and flanks.

So I went un today London at 7AM and went very saw the nurse she done a pregnancy test took blood pressure etc saw the surgeon and the anthist he was very nice and re suring. Went up at about 9 was asleep the whole way through. They woke me up at 12ish and I just realaxed in my room with my boyfriend. The nurse was absolutely lovley couldn’t do enough for you so happy with the service and hospitality. Pain wise none at mo but I am on painkillers I am swollen on the pubic area and leaking a tiny bit. They took 2.5 liters so I can’t wait to see my results. The 4d vest is horrible but oh well will be worth being happy in your own skin in the long run.

Hi I just msg u I saw the nurse today fainted when she took of the vest horrible how are u I am scared to av a shower coz of taken it of how u feeling x

Glad to hear everything went ok. You should be fine taking off the vest after the first time – as you know I fainted too, but only that once and today was my 3rd shower (woo!) and no fainting !

Hi Alison how are u healing I had 2 showers now no fainting just feels so weird when u take of the garment x

Saw the nurse again today. I agree it does feel weird taking it off ! She said I was healing well, but has advised me to start massaging it myself and also to get lymphatic drainage massage if I can. I can also take my vest off from the 2nd July – but will have to wear the garment for another few weeks after that. No bruising and no pain, unless I poke it, then it’s a bit tender. She said I was still swollen. It’s looking better every time I see it – still a bit worried about the bottom bit as I may have some excess skin where I used to be quite fat about a year ago and my skin stretched a bit – but only time will tell !!
