Had my Op yesterday! 400cc partials :) Long post!!!

Heyyyy everyone.

Reading everyone’s posts has been really helpful for me so I thought I would post one as well …

I had my op yesterday at Fitzroy with Dr Linda Fiumara. I went there with my mind set on having overs because when I had my consultation she did say I could have either over or unders, but when I seen her at the hospital and said that I would prefer to have overs she was very against the idea and said that my skin would not handle overs well as I do not have enough skin and in the future rippling would probably be bad and there could be a possibility of sagging also.. She said she would make her final decision when she operates – she chose to go under, Linda actually only does partially under the muscle which I was glad about so at least I was still getting half of what I wanted lol! I was a bit upset though as I had prepared myself for less pain etc. My admission was at 7am and I was first on the list, I went down at about half 8 and didn’t come back up till about 11 – not really sure why I was down there so long as Linda said everything went really well, she might have been trying different sizes as I was offered 375/400/425 and she went with the 400s moderate plus. Being put to sleep and everything was a absolute breeze, it hit me so fast I was gone in seconds, next thing I know I woke up absolutely freezing and shivering like mad so they put a lush heater by my bed in the room. I basically was in and out of sleep for a few hours, I came around properly at like 2pm, I tried to eat toast but I just couldn’t chew it my mouth was so dry!! I got up for the toilet and ended up being sick. Then got back into bed and slept some more, then I woke up and finally started to feel like completely awake… The pain is more like a pressure on your chest, it felt like someone was pressing really hard down on it, it was bare able 🙂 I got up to get changed as was sick once more (I get nauseous easily anyway!) then I felt absolutely fine and had to get the train back home to newport but I slept all the way! I slept all through the night as well, woke up with a really bad back ache this morning. I’ve been sat on the sofa all day in a position which I feel super comfy, the pain is a achey pain I can deal with it, the pain killers work well 🙂 I do have a band across the top and my Macom bra on so I have seen them a bit but they are a funny shape at the moment as the band is pressing down on the top of the implants, making them that kind of Madonna shape lol! But dr Fiumara has promised me they are a round shape ? Once I have better movements in my arms I will try to take a picture!! So sorry, I’m such a rambler , just thought it’s always helpful to hear other people’s experiences ? Wish everyone pre op and post op best of luck with their new boobies! Hey lovely, I thought it was u yesterday but wasn’t sure, I’m glad everything went well 4 u? How r u feeling now? I was completely out of it til this morn and I’ve been in some pain?X

Ahh Chloe I have the same surgeon on the 22nd August and she said exactly the same thing to me, so will see what I get on the day. How long do you have to wear your breast band? Xx

I know same Zara! ? Did yours go all okay? ? I just feel like I’m being crushed haha when I don’t move its okay!

Alcee I’m not 100% sure how long for, I have a week check up on Monday so I’m hoping I can have it off by then because I do think that’s definitely adding to the pressure! Xx

Mine went fine, I’ve been feeling ok most of the day but I’m really uncomfortable now and the pain has got worse? I took the breast band off 4 2mins but it hurt more so put it straight bk on! Fingers crossed its just a couple more days of this!! I’ve got my check up sat so I’ll let u know how it goes.x

Do ur’s seem big I feel like mine look tiny??

I had a awful night 🙁 I had to call my sister to my room at like 3 am to help me sit up as my back was in agony!! So I came downstairs and slept upright on the sofa, I found it a lot comfier so I think I may stay here till this all gets better ? I’m extremely bloated as well, I look like 6 months pregnant! I know I feel you, mine don’t feel that big yet either but apparently they do get better with unders .. Fingers crossed! Hope you’re feeling better than I am today lol! Xx

Morning, I had a terrible night 2 I think I must of got an hour it is so painful. I’m gunna try sleeping on the sofa tonight and hope that helps. I didn’t realise I wouldn’t b able 2 lift myself??

I know I feel like such a sloth but all I can do Is just sit still haha! I really hope tomorrow I’m able to move a bit more 🙁 I want to look at them so bad but I literally couldn’t face taking off my bra or anything xx

The pain in my chest is getting better but my back ache is awful!!! I wake up so many times in the night because of it 🙁 ordered some heat pads which will come today, hopefully they will help! How are you?? 🙂 @zarawoore

Morning I had a good day yesterday and slept really well but the mornings r hard 2 get going, I’ve got 2 boys and they want me up and about straight away? I just keep thinking the pains not gunna last much longer but when it hurts it really hurts?? I’m all out of cocodamol now tho so not sure how I’m gunna b 2day?X

This was SO helpful!! thank you and hope you are healing well. Are you happy with them now? i’m meeting Dr Linda F. today so hopefully all goes well.

@yolliet Hey! No problem. I literally done another post this morning saying how I am much happier with them, they do look funny at first so be prepared haha I had a bit of a meltdown but I am starting to love them now!
