Ok so I am a size 10 and have gone from an a very school boy flat chested to under the muscle 355cc and 375cc. I’m just so uncomfortable and heavy breathing. I feel like maybe I’ve been hit by a bus. It could be my pain killers wearing off (as I have just taken more). Today I am just going to rest but this bloat is awful. Any tips? Sorry to moan I know I paid for this and my other half I think has had enough of me already lol. Ps I usually have a high pain threshold

Hey I’m the dam size as you 375 mid plus unders size 10 normally but with the bloat a solid size 14. I had my surgery a week ago today and I’m still so bloated non of my trousers fit and I look pregnant. There’s not a lot you can do for it unfortunately apart from stay active it definitely helps, but drink ginger tea and you might have to take a mild laxative in a few days… just a warning ????. The bloating is awful but I am starting to slowly deflate and get smaller. It’s the meds. Hope this kind of helps but I felt the same. Oh and the heavy breathing I was exactly the same then I loosened the strapping and it was like an elephant was taken off. You don’t need to take it off just loosen it until you get your breathing back to normal then do it up again.

Thank you so much. I had anorexia as a teenager so I can’t even bare to look at myself to be honest. I’m happy with the boobs though just everything else. This is so reassuring. I am scared the implants will fall out I know it sounds silly but when I adjusted last night I had to hold them lol!
What’s the best way to stay active? I guess maybe cycling gently at the gym? The meds are certainly helping me so much it’s just swallowing them as my throat still hurts from the tube xx

Hey, I’m 9 days po & the boat is just starting to go down thankfully! It was awful … Plus my period came on day 3 po which was such poor timing! I was really uncomfortable & even clothes I normally can wear bloated weren’t even close to getting on!

Stood in my room at one point and just cried … Pathetic I know but think I’d just reached my limit (few other life dramas going on too)

Hey Zoe! Not pathetic at all, I went to get my nails done today just to distract myself and will be returning to work tomorrow. I can’t bear being at home with the bloat it’s worse than anything else. The pain is worse in the mornings but today I gently walked around my town centre. Rested every 15mins or so. Just taken it easy which is unlike me but my body is asking. I haven’t even looked at my breasts yet I can’t look at my body right now. But just from my support bra I can see just how big they are. I am excited. How are you feeling??
