Had po check today

Well had my 7 day po check today all went brilliantly,the nurse couldn’t believe how neat the incisions are and reckons they will barely be noticeable once healed properly.as healing goes she was very happy with how there looking she put on some steri strips which have to stay on till Saturday when I can then shower 🙂 ( was so excited to hear this) did forget to ask when I can sleep laying down though so got to ring tomorrow xxx

Glad everything’s healing well, I had mine today aswell and have got to wait till Sunday aswell :/ really can’t wait till then! I didn’t ask that question either about sleeping she said so much I didn’t take it all in! X

Aw good to hear everything’s good 🙂 I had mine yesterday and they said mine are neat and tidy too so pleased just end of it is a bit raw was meant to be able to shower properly tomorrow but don’t think I’m gonna risk it! Still had a shallow bath today and got my mam to wash my hair so I’m not to bothered. Happy healing Hun 😀 xx

Yes everything ok :), I didn’t know it was no drinking for 2 weeks after thought is was once you finished tablets. 🙁 my nurse said I could drive if I felt up to it, slightly don’t want to as im enjoying being spoilt, but looks like I’m doing school run from now lol x

Glad everything’s well ur end too.i didn’t either iv hardly took any pain killers just my antibiotics so can’t really see the problem,gonna wait till Friday as going to have my last tonight then have a glass of wine Friday :)I’m not sure how I feel about driving yet,like u I’m enjoying hubby doing school run in the mornings but tomorrows the last time as were both bk at work Monday 🙁 xxx

It’s my left boob too I forgot to ask any questions while I was there! I drove yesterday but wish I didn’t cos I think it pulled abit on the raw bit of my incision! I can’t believe I’ve got boobs still it hasn’t sunk in I’ve been trying my bikinis on today haha uploaded some new pics! Glad everything’s good Kate u too mez 🙂 Xxx

Strange isn’t it everybody I speak too always say its there lefty they get problems with.ouch u go steady Hun I think it’s easy to think we’re getting on with things but driving I am nervous about.its so surreal isn’t it I still feel the same just so happy with them.bet today has been a good feeling trying on ur bikinis 🙂 xxx

I couldn’t make mine at 1 week so I had mine at 2 weeks, wich was today to. Glad everything healing well for u Hun, how you feeling now? I slept upright for 2 weeks, it’s my 1st night laying down and I can’t wait 🙂 xxx

Hey cherry,where did u go for yours?im feeling absolutely brilliant last antibiotic tonight so no more medication for me 🙂 the sleeping up right does ur head in after a week don’t it Loki must be so excited about laying flat,the little things we take for advantage don’t we,how u feeling now xxx

Awww that’s so good you have had a great recovery, jealous haha. I was at upper whimpole st, my mum came with me and sat outside with my chihuahua and she got to see Ross Kemp! Not fair haha, anyways yh I’m feeling good apart from they feel like there sunburnt, but I’m on love with my boobs haha, uploaded some new pics. How are yours looking, can’t believe your week post op already, ypu not on any pain meds now? xxx

Bet ur mum were a happy lady seeing Ross kemp .glad ur feeling much better chic, I feel the same as u couldn’t care less about them gettin bigger would be happy for them to stay like this shape and everything.im loving ur bikini pics very jel lol.i can’t believe it’s been a week 🙁 not took any pain killers for a while we’re only having one cocodamol morning n nighttime but had my last one Friday morning then stopped nurofen and paracetamol think Saturday 🙂 just going to take my last antibiotic 🙂 u still on painkillers xxx

Haha yh he my baby comes everywhere with me. Well he was on the phone hovering around, my mum though omg who this guy hope he don’t try mug me, then turns round and its Ross kemp haha, totally jel! Wow your good! I take some ibrofen at night as they get bit sore from a busy day, but hopefully I won’t need take them soon. Just checked your pics out they look amazing!! Xx

If she’s said stitches are all ok and ok to have a shower sat, you’ll be ok to lie flat now. I’m not completely flat tho yet because I’m so stiff in a morning. I think you know your own body so do what’s comfortable now I reckon Kate apart from sleeping on side xxx

I’ve got my post op check tomorrow. Can’t wait for these plasters to come off they irritate me so much. I’ve been driving this week, its been ok but I’ve had to be careful as it is sore if I yank at all. Work has been really tiring & taking it out of me, could’ve done with another week off. Very emotional these past 2 days too coz I’m fed up with the restrictions & I’m not sleeping well sat up 🙁 having secret cries coz I feel so stupid & mard. I’ve got all negative stuff going thru my head 🙁 I’m glad for you girlies who are able to shower & stuff & that you’re healing well, hopefully I am too. xx

I was worried about that, not had any morning boob yet but wondering now il be laying flat if il get it, do you know when you can sleep on your side? Xxx

@Sue don’t worry your not alone!! The last couple of days before 7 day check do get to you. By that time sooo tired, drained, peed off of sleeping upright. It’s normal. Good luck for your check! Take it easy xxx

@Cherry91 I’m sure you overs girls are let off lightly with the pain haha 😉 its hard to explain it. It just feels really tight and compressed round boobs but not in an aching way, more like a painful way and are rock hard. Not sure when can sleep on the side? I’m pretty comfy partially upright at the moment and stops me from rolling over xxx

I had my post op today, I’m 9 days and was told I could now sleep lying down but not on my side yet. Hope this helps x
