Had strapping off! :)

Had strapping off today, and my god do I feel so much better.. Al though I have cuts where it was soo tight and it was digging into my skin 🙁 just wanted to check with the girls who have had strapping off, I asked the nurse when I could use bio oil (of course not on scars) to prevent or help with any stretch marks that could be developing, and the nurse said not til 6 weeks? But I’ve seen people on this forum saying they used it after getting strapping off?
Also, I haven’t had any bandage plasters put on my incisions, they have just been left open, but when looking at pics of girls when strapping has come off you’ve had plasters on them? I just don’t understand why it’s all different and not very consistent, just wanted some of your opinions really! Thanks girls xxxx

Hey.. I’ve never had strapping so can’t comment on that but when I had my dressings off I had steri strips put on.. Have you had them on? And you will be ok with the oil as long as you stay away from your incisions.. X

No she didn’t put anything on them, just abut concerned that she should off. As everyone seems to of had them after strapping off, I might call tomorrow to check all this. Okay I’ll accept now honey xx

Just means your incisions are healing well or have healed great (they have closed) so you don’t need anything on them! I didn’t have anything on them it feels weird tho I must admit I felt like the implant would fall out ahah if you are worried go doctors and get some steri strips but its better to leave them clear as the nurse has! I put bio oil on top of my boobs not the bottom as the risk of it sweating down into your incisions I done that after 7 days as well xxx

Oh okay thanks, that makes me feel abit better. I don’t feel like they are supported that much now without the strapping and that, but Macom bra is the best apparently and that’s what I got lol. But I know what you mean, feels like they could be falling out haha xxx

I didn’t take my bra off for 3 days not even to have a peek and if I did I had to be sat down made me feel sick haha xxx

Haha it’s weird, sometime when I look at them I feel ain’t sicky, and other times I dont, things freak me out easily lol, I think it’s because I’m not used to it lol xxx
