Had strapping off today – new pics added – love my new boobs!

Been for my first check up and had the strapping removed. First time I saw my new boobs properly & I’m really happy! Love them!!
Nurse said my incisions are small and healing well. I’m 6 days PO. I have small blood blisters on the right scar which is normal and a bit of pain. It actually feels strange without the tape holding them tight in place.

Roll on dropping, softening and fluffing now. 🙂

I’ve added a few new pics so hope this is a help to anyone who isn’t at this stage yet. Xx

so happy for you! mine comes off tomorrow and i cant wait, havent even seen my boobs yet but my backs gone all red and itchy i just want it off..my strapping is like soft fabric taped down with lots of plasters, was yours like that? also, can you have a shower once its all off?x

@kimmy yeah I was told u can shower, which I did as soon as I got home felt so nice compared to half showers/sink washes!!
The nurse just told me not to put soap on boobs/scars for next 5 weeks, and no creams etc.
hope your stitches don’t hurt too much tomorrow. xx

@nicolabushell I’m still wearing sports bra and have to keep wearing them till 6 week check when hopefully I’ll get the all clear for normal bras! My skin wasn’t sore from tape other than one of my scars where the tape irritaed my skin and I have small bruises/blood blisters. I could feel in the last 2 days one was more itchy than the other.

I have no dressings on at all now and my sports bra is rubbing and irritating my stitches it feels sore, does anyone know is this normal? Or should I be putting plasters on my incisions to stop it rubbing while they heel?
Any advice is welcome. I didn’t think to question it with the nurse today! Xx

Haha @rachel mine are like bullets they are rock hard and so round. A couple of pics look freaky so round and tight skin so I wouldn’t wen put them on here!! 🙂 have u put any pis up yet? Xx

I’m dying to know when they will soften! Are u gonna use any oil on your skin to help it stretch? I heard bio oil is the best but don’t get it near scars. X

I have literally just put some bio oil on! I’ve heard if you massage it in it can help with the numbness too (which is bothering me!!) I’ve not gone near my scars tho! Xxx

I am so impatient I could not resist trying some new bras when I was shopping today & made a cheeky purchase even though thy might change size slightly. They feel amazing in a bra. Pic uploaded. Roll on 4 weeks as the sports bra is annoying now. Xx
