Had third baby…. Now it’s time

I had my third baby in February. I’m not ready to get my breasts the way I want. Once and for all.

I’m worried they will say I need an uplift. Anyone with similar boobs and had implants only? I really don’t want an uplift. My boobs are horrible now. Breast feeding and weight loss….. They are completely empty.
