Hi girlies just thought i would share me story as i didn’t know much about HaeMatoma.
Admission time 8am this morning 350cc high profile unders with Dr mounir although his unders are in fact partials.
Go down to theatre 950 so not much of a wait anaesthetist we lovely and honestly nothing to worry about!!!
Wow in recovery 1050 although can’t remember until i was in my room very sleepy had sandwich over next hour but realised my right boob had doubled in size.
1-2pm nurse for doctor to check me over who then got Dr mounir in to check me as was worried the swelling/rockhardness was result of haematoma.
As i had eaten couldn’t go back down to theatre until 430 5ish to get all blooQd drained out (,in my case going under general anaesthetic twice in 1 day was absolutely fine) nothing to worry about now have a breast band on aswell as macom signature bra and have drain in righty aswell which there going to take out in morning.
All in all i was supposed to be a day case but with HaeMatoma I’ve had i stay in. Preston first trust staff really are amazing and overall so far i have no pain even going through everything i have. I’m quite comfortable just very numb. Just had pain killers before bedtime. Also 1st time i came round from anaesthetic i was very sleepy and felt a little sick and can’t remember much but after hour was generally fine. After 2nd anaesthetic i came round pretty much straight away and felt fine since had toilet few times and eat no bother …

To all the girls who have surgery booked at Preston Ur in amazing hands i cant fault them 1 bit… Nothing to be afraid of!! Mine hasn’t exactly been straight forward but still very happy and being looked after by all the wonderful nurses good luck girls and happy healing to all in recovery 🙂
