Hair after op?

Hello,

How many girls went to the hairdressers within the same week of their op? I can’t stand my hair not being washed and was wondering if I could go to the hairdressers?

@alimarshall I’m booked in for the hairdressers on Friday. Can’t stand my hair to be greasy and it’s so long I don’t have the energy to wash/dry it myself x

@hannahlaura when did you have your op? I had my op yesterday, 28th, and I’m booked in for Friday.. do you think that’ll be okay?x

I have a hair extension appt booked for 3 days after my surgery, my husbands driving me there so hopefully I’ll be ok!

@alimarshall I had my op on Friday 25th. I think you’ll be fine Hun, just tell them when you get there so they know. Can’t see the problem as long as you carefully just put your head back into the seat, you’ll be sat in a good position x

@clairelou29 yeah I’m getting driven to my appointment too! It’s just sitting at the basin bit I’m worried about, like leaning back and that x

@hannahlaura yeah that’s what I’m thinking, I work at the salon I’ll be going to anyway so they’ll know I’ve had it done and know I’ll need to be careful. Just being over cautious I guess haha x

@alimarshall oh you’ll be fine then! Better to be over cautious though, I told my hairdresser I might need a hand getting back up out of the seat lol x

@hannahlaura yeah that’s what I’m thinking, yeah I’ll probably need a hand ahah! I feel like such a burden not being able to do much for myself, I hate it haha x

@alimarshall I know I hate it as well but I can do a lot more for myself now I’m 4DPO. Hows your first day been? X

@hannahlaura yeah I can imagine. It’s not been as bad as I thought actually, been slightly achy but it’s not been as painful as I thought which I’m happy about. How have you been since your op?x

Yes Hun you’ll be fine. 3 days after my op I had my hair washed and 4 days after I had all my extensions put back in lol!! Aslong as your not in any pain and discomfort! Xxx

@alimarshall that’s good. Yeah I think day 3 was the worst for me, today I’ve been a bit achey but it’s more from not sleeping properly tbh! X

@hannahlaura oh really? Yeah sleeping upright is not the one for me. I hate it, I’m pretty sure my boyfriend hates it too with all the fidgeting I done last night haha!x

@alimarshall it’s awful isn’t it, I miss sleeping on my stomach! haha I know right, my boyfriend moaned about how much space my pillows are taking up, and then tried to steal my v pillow as it’s “comfy” apparently lol xx

@hannahlaura it’s horrible ahah, I miss sleeping on my side! Haha I found I slept better this morning than I did during the night, so annoying x

@alimarshall that’s so true you know, I had a nap at like 5pm and slept well, I feel it’s because he wasnt in the bed and I could just stretch out lol x
