Hair extensions!

Hello!
I’m thinking of having my breast enlargement surgery Jan 2020!!
Just wondering on the process of having this done as I have micro ring extensions in. They contain small elements of copper.
Would I have to have those taken out?? Thank you!

I got told I need to take them out x

My surgeons pre op form stated they would refuse surgery if I had any hair extensions. Cant have nail varnish, acrylic nails or eyelash extensions either x

I had surgery 3 weeks ago with extensions but they were tape ins xx

Hi Ellie, I had my BA today and I had to take my Nano rings out. My nurse said it’s essential that you do take them out as they contain metal. When they use the tool to cauterise your skin, it can heat up around the body and heat up any metal work that you have, which could result in burns to the skin, which you wouldn’t want all over your scalp xx
