Hairdressers ?

Hi I m a self employed hairdresser and I’m really not sure how long to book off? I only work Friday and Saturdays and my op is on a Friday.. Any advice? I work alone so don’t have any staff to help me out so don’t want to over do it as well. Xx

I’m a sports rehabilitator (physio kind of stuff) and have been advised 3 weeks as well just because of how much I do with my arms at work xx

Thanks girls 🙂 my nurse told me a week and I thought huh I have my arms up high all day with hair dryers ect need a lot of strength.. I was thinking 3 weeks but I might just book a few in on the Saturday and see how I feel that week. Xx
